Insurance

Dr. Bracy, our hygienists and specialist providers are not contracted with any insurance company. However, we are also happy to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits and help you utilize your dental plan. Per your request will be happy to preform a complimentary benefits check and let you know what your plan covers specific to our non-contracted office. Most of our patients can use their PPO and PDP type dental plans at our office. 

As a courtesy, we will handle all your insurance claims and accept assignment of benefits if your plan allows. After our billing team processes your claim we will follow up with you for any amounts not covered. Dental insurance is not designed to cover all or even most of your dental care. Patients are responsible for any amounts not covered by their benefits. 

We believe in working only for our patients with a focus on the quality of care and treatment options we provide. Our non-contracted status allows us to spend more time with patients and use the highest quality dental instruments, materials, and labs. In some cases, it also allows us to offer greater treatment options with fewer restrictions. We are very proud not to be contracted with any insurance company. 

We encourage all patients relying on dental insurance to know their plan well. Your insurance plan is an agreement between you and your insurer, and not our office. Most plans have limitations, restrictions, and fee schedules which have not been agreed to by our dental practice.
